There’s a lot more to massage and bodywork than simply working the muscles. I facilitate the session by listening to what you share, assessing what your body is signaling, and integrating the right modalities to match your goals and needs.

I’ve been a massage therapist since 2010. After graduating from massage school and obtaining my license, I worked part-time as a teaching assistant while continuing to work in the field. During that time, I gained experience working as an employee in various chain settings, and later as an independent contractor in day spas and medical offices.

Today, I’m independently self-employed and rent a space within Shear Paradise Salon. I offer a variety of massage services and treatments. Common services are outlined on the services page, and I refine and expand modalities through continuing education.
